1. Beetroot And Ghee Lip Balm
This homemade lip balm with Beetroot and Ghee will moisturize, nourish and lighten your lip colour. Beetroot has colouring pigments like betanin and vulgaxanthin. Therefore, it will lighten the dark pigmentation and gives a pink tint to lips without even adding an external colour and also protects the lips from sun damage. Meanwhile, ghee provides immense moisture to your cracked lips. In short, this is the best homemade lip balm for pink lips.
Ingredients
Beetroot - 1
Ghee - 2-3 tablespoon
Process
Peel the beetroot and cut it into pieces.
Grind the pieces by adding 2 tablespoons (approx) of water, until it forms a smooth paste.
Filter it and remove all the juice.
Heat the filtrate in a pan until it becomes 1/8th of its original volume. ( i.e. smooth cream-like consistency).
Transfer it into a bowl and add 2-3 tablespoon of ghee.
Mix them for 5 minutes and once it's cool, transfer to a clean container.

Beeswax - 4 tablespoon

Process
In a bowl take beeswax and coconut oil and melt them both in an oven or using a boiler.
Mix them properly.
Add 4-5 capsules of Vitamin E oil.
Add 2 drops peppermint oil or any essential oil.
Mix all the ingredients.
Once it's cool, transfer to a clean container.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 20min.
